Blue Prism can provide a series of housekeeping scripts to enable clients to maintain the database health and trim database size. These are intended to be used in exceptional situations and Blue Prism recommends using in-built tools such as archiving or developing processes using the Work Queues VBO.
However, there are times when it is needed to use these scripts to maintain a functioning Blue Prism environment.
When running the Blue Prism scripts the RPA Supervisor trigger tables may cause errors, this is due to a SQL limitation of 2GBs. This can occur when removing large amounts of data from Blue Prism and the synchronization processes can "flood" the trigger tables with data in excess of the 2Gb SQL limit.
If you encounter this issue please reduce the amount of data that is being removed, this can be done by reducing the date ranges etc. within the scripts.
